Tedrow Design Group’s relationship with Moe’s Southwest Grill dates back to the founding of the firm. Since then, TDG has prepared plans for more than 150 Moe’s locations across the country, helped develop the brand’s prototype design, and continues to maintain the prototype plans used for new restaurants.

That work includes traditional in-line restaurants, ground-up buildings, and drive-through locations, including the Locust Grove project shown here. Each site calls for practical adjustments to the prototype while preserving the consistency and recognizable character of the Moe’s brand.

TDG’s long-term involvement supports the brand from site-specific adaptation through construction documentation and permitting.
